FERRELL-ROSS ROLL FEEDER

A roll feeder is one of the most commonly used feeding devices and works with all Ferrell-Ross mills. The roll feeder consists of a special hopper resting on top of the mill. Inside, at the bottom of the hopper is a corrugated roll, which is mounted horizontally. As this corrugated roll turns, it feeds the product that is to be processed, evenly across the entire length of the rolls in the mill. The feed rate is adjusted with a feed gate that is manually opened or closed as needed.
