FERRELL-ROSS EXPANDER

This machine is widely applied to expansion processing of materials such as soybean, cotton seed, rapeseed and rice bran. After the jetting and puffing of high temperature steam, materials will have the cells sufficiently denatured and crushed through helix extrusion, shearing and kneading, and finally be released quickly after extrusion. Materials will produce micropore columns to make oil sufficiently exposed, thus enhancing the degree of complete separation of oil and albumen. Expanded materials will have the air permeability improved more effectively and the unit weight increased, enhancing the output of oil “leaching-out machine”, and raise the oil production rate.
